Pallavi Raniga serves as the Chairperson of Varuna Group, where she has been instrumental in fostering innovation and growth biotechnology, wellness, and pharmaceutical sectors. Pallavi joined Varuna Group in 2012 to support her father, Prabhat Shanker Pandey, and has since played a pivotal role in continuing his legacy of excellence and visionary leadership. A graduate of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda with a Master’s Degree inFine Arts, Pallavi furthered her education at Canberra University’s Southbank campus, where she earned a Graduate Diploma in Visual Arts. Her diverse educational background brings a unique perspective to the Varuna Group, blending creativity with strategic business acumen. Pallavi is deeply passionate about Ayurvedic medicine and is dedicated to increasing its awareness and acceptance in Western cultures. Her commitment to integrating traditional wisdom with modern science is reflected in her leadership at Varuna Group, where she champions sustainable and ethical practices across all operations. In addition to her role at Varuna Group, Pallavi represents the company on the Australia India Business Council. In this capacity, she actively promotes trade and collaboration between Indian and Australian businesses in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, strengthening ties and opening new avenues for growth and innovation. Under Pallavi’s leadership, Varuna Group continues to thrive as a leader in enzyme solutions and biotechnology, driven by a vision that honours the past while embracing the future.
