Akshaya Pandey is the Chief Commercial Officer at Varuna Group, where he leads the sales strategy, customer relations, and distribution network for the company’s enzyme products. With over a decade of experience in sales leadership and distribution management within the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors, Akshaya drives the company’s growth by expanding market reach and ensuring customer satisfaction across all regions.
In his role, Akshaya is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. He leads a high-performing sales team, fosters strategic partnerships, and optimises distribution channels to deliver maximum value to customers. Under his leadership, Varuna Group has achieved significant revenue growth and strengthened customer loyalty.
Akshaya holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, and is recognised for his expertise in customer relationship management.
Outside of work, Akshaya actively participates in mentoring programmes for young sales professionals and enjoys solving puzzles and spending time with his family.
